what is CONTACT YOGA?
there is opportunity for each person to work alongside one, or sometimes multiple partners to explore the yoga postures, working with maintaining a sense of the own space, supporting their partner, and also respecting their partners space.
yoga is about balance. so is life, and indeed the relationships we have with others. this is a unique opportunity to explore what it means to support and trust others whilst respecting your own space and needs.
approximately once a month a social night is organised after the class, where we go out as a group, usually to eat and get to know each other outside of the yoga environment.
CONTACT YOGA provides an excellent way to meet healthy like-minded people and at the same time feel all of the benefits of a yoga class too!!
no experience is necessary and the class welcomes all with open arms and a contact yoga hug!
