places and times of regular classes.

each 90 minute class will be focused on personal exploration, creating space and finding a balance between the physical body and the mind, through the breath. each class will incorporate relaxation, breath work and a more dynamic physical vinyasa practice (flowing sequence of postures) and should be suitable for all levels of experience. some classes will include optional partner work, which is a great way to discover how we can help each other to explore yoga as a group and to share these experiences with other people.

yoga can help with so many symptoms of our lives today including: managing stress and anxiety, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels, preventing arthritis, relieving back pain, aiding better posture and a general calmer more balanced outlook on life.

"what you will learn in these classes will hopefully be something you will be able to take away with you and used to enlighten your individual quality of life that we so often find hard to do in this busy, fast-paced and hectic world."

please join us in finding some much needed valuable time enjoying the rewards of learning. explore the connection between the body and mind, navigating your practice through your own teacher, and helping you to experience the amazing benefits of yoga for yourself.

yoganu

see yoganu page for more details!

with my move to london in 2009, I am now teaching regular yoganu classes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

wednesday

Wednesday Workshop - 7.00pm - 8.30pm

Suitable for beginners, people who haven't been practicing for a while, or more experienced yogi's who feel as though there is always more to learn! New 6 week courses start regularly and will focus on a different theme. (See yoganu website for themes).

During these exploratory workshops you will get the opportunity to discover many of the different aspects of Yoganu. There will be a focus on deepening your awareness of the body and how it moves, with specific guidelines on alignment and safety. Throughout the course you will get to practice with different partners. Don't miss this opportunity to promote harmony in yourself and others.

The classes can be taken individually, but it is highly recommended that you try to attend the whole workshop. (You will feel and see the benefits!) The full 6 week workshop costs £60 if booked and paid for in advance. Individual sessions cost £15 on the door. Places will be limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Thursday

Intermediate Class - 20.15 - 21.45

A 90 minute class combining relaxation, breath work and a more dynamic physical vinyasa practice (flowing sequence of postures) and is suitable for people who have some previous experience of yoga. Most classes will be themed monthly and include optional partner work, which is a great way to discover how we can help each other to explore yoga as a group and to share these experiences with other people. Each class is a unique personal exploration towards creating space and finding a balance between the physical body and the mind.

We recommend that people without any previous yoga experience, attend at least 2 full Wednesday Workshops before attending the intermediate classes, unless otherwise agreed with a tutor.

* Intermediate classes are for men who have a fair to good level of physical fitness. Some yoga experience is recommended. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding any of the classes.

Classes cost £12. Student rate £10. Book of 10 classes for £100.
